PPC MANAGEMENT PRICING, RATES AND FEES

Most Frequent Questions & Answers

The amount of set-up work required for PPC accounts varies. An account spending $3,000 per month advertising on 100 keywords takes less time to set-up than an account spending $50,000 per month spread out across 10,000 keywords. Additionally, developing a brand new PPC account takes up more time than revamping an existing one. A client advertising on one network takes less set-up time than a client advertising on six. Because we don’t require long-term contracts, we charge a one-time new client set-up fee. Our set-up fees range between $500 and $3,000 depending on the client’s situation.

Each month, you’ll pay the advertising fees charged by Google, Facebook, Bing and any other advertising networks you’re advertising on directly to the provider. Then you’ll pay a monthly management fee to Media Integration for managing and optimizing your account(s) on those ad networks. Our monthly management fee varies based on the total overall amount you spend advertising with the various ad networks. Our standard monthly management fees include your account management and a meeting (Phone / Skype / Team Viewer / In Person (if in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada)) each month (up to one-hour in length) to discuss your account’s progress and discuss any changes in strategy. Media Integration minimum monthly management fee is $500.

We don’t “set it and forget it” when it comes to managing your campaigns, and we never spend more than the spend limit you’ve set for us. Instead, we constantly work each month to optimize your accounts and make your account more profitable. We work under the assumption that the higher the ROI your account is producing, the more you’ll want to spend. We’re happy to provide you with a free quote.

We don’t believe in holding onto clients via a piece of paper. Instead, we prefer to retain clients with results. Our standard contract only requires 30 days notice if you wish to stop PPC management services for any reason.

Some PPC management companies will state in their terms of service that they own your account and any historical data associated with it. Should you choose to leave the Media Integration, your PPC account and data has to be left behind and you’ll have to start over. We believe very strongly that you should own the account you’ve been paying us to develop and manage. Should you choose to discontinue Media Integration services for any reason, you own the PPC account (Google, Bing, Facebook etc) we’ve developed for you and will retain all of the historical data associated with it. Data from MI-Network will be exported in Excel .CSV File and provided to you.
